Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer shipping services within the United States (Domestic). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

Standard Shipping: 5 – 10 Business Days — $8.00 (Free on orders $70.00 and above)

Express Shipping: 3 – 7 Business Days — $15.00

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to peak seasons, carrier delays, or unforeseen weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Undeliverable Packages & Address Changes

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
